Can I freeze the basic components?

There’s nothing to stop you freezing the base sauce and pre-cooked “meat” – but I just don’t recommend it.  Curries (and their components) do tend to lose some of their flavour when frozen, and the process makes it seem more watery.  As a restaurateur, I believe that curry should be fresh – and that effect is taken away by freezing.
