The Kushi first started attracting press attention after winning the Master Chef Award (1995 – 1996), the European Silver Award (1995 – 1996) and Hot Stuff Chef of the Year / Birmingham Council Food Hygiene. Since then we've been in the papers, on TV and radio for our healthier dishes, and also the Christmas Turkey Curries, which attracted attention from as far afield as Spain and India.
