Please note that we do not send such messages and are responsible internet users.  Spammers often use software that makes emails look as though it comes from someone else - this is what is happening in this case. 

Please accept our apologies if you've been sent a message apparently from us - but please rest assured that we are in no way linked to these unsolicited emails. 

The only bulk email we have sent in 2007 is an email "Christmas Card" to wish all our customers seasons greetings, and letting them know about our free web video.
