TRADITIONAL BALTI HOUSE We believe the Kushi is the first of its kind in the West Midlands to offer a unique choice between two types of menu: THE HEALTHY MENU: A scientifically verified selection of dishes, complete with nutritional breakdown showing the amount of calories, fat, carbohydrate etc. to help those watching their weight. Or THE TRADITIONAL MENU where you can savour the flavours of traditional balti curry, served sizzling at your table. Balti curries are the locally-invented version of the popular Indian dishes, and presented in the cast-iron woks they are cooked in.

We're also very proud that we've now received our world record certificate for our part in the successful "world's largest onion bhaji" record attempt in 2004. Please click the link on the left for more information. We can also cater for parties and works outings. Call 0121 449 7678 to check availability. We open at 6pm and stay open until late. Like many Balti Houses in Birmingham, we are not licensed - but you are more than welcome to bring your own alcohol with you. Please note that we are closed on Mondays, and it is advisable to phone to check our bank holiday and Christmas opening times. |
